Go to CONTRACTS. This page provides an overview of features for simple and efficient contract management.
2. Click the Add Contract button located in the bottom right-hand corner to open the sidebar.
3. Provide the following information:
o Fleet Group
o Tariff
o Card Number (If you don’t have any charging cards yet, please proceed with Ordering charging cards and leave out the card number for now)
o Select the vehicle VIN created in the Mercedes me Portal. If you haven’t added any vehicles in the Mercedes me Portal, please visit this page for more information.
4. Click Create Contract.
The contract is now created.
Please wait until the status of the contract and the charging card changes to Active. Once the contract and card are active, the driver will be able to authenticate at a charging station via the charging card.
Please note: It can take up to 24 hours before the card can be used at all charge points in our network.
